I am bloody awesome.  TODAY is DAY 1 of my juicy juicy mad pure mental JUICE FEAST.  This one is particularly good because it’s not just me but a whole barrage of gorgeous juicers taking part from anything from 1 to 7 days!  How awesome is that?  If you wanna join in here is the facebook group where all juicy exploits will be revealed 🙂  It’s really nice to have other people doing it with you not just for motivational purposes but cos you can steal their recipes 🙂

I’ve had some adventures today I tell thee.  You know from earlier blog shenanigans about my obsession with spring water (as opposed to tap liquid) and today I decided to go check out the Spout Well in Ceres, Fife.  A long way to go granted but I have this obsession with finding the uber spring, the ultimate spring water with a super low TDS reading.  Anyway I set off early doors and somehow managed to take fifteen billion « Continue »
