Morning morning. I’m feeling pretty damn jubilent today! Breakfast this morning (recipe below) was a watery surprise and so I decided to blog about watery food. I love water-rich food because it makes me feel so good. I didn’t mean for that to rhyme by the way…
You may think you’re drinking enough water throughout the day (chances are that you aren’t) but are you EATING enough water? To replenish moisture in the body, eating water is waaaaay better than drinking it. Strange but true.
If you’re unable to chug down the recommended 8 glasses of water a day (and even if you are) then it’s a good idea to start looking at getting water in to your body in other ways. Namely, through your food. As luck would have it, the main ingredient in fruits and vegetables is (fanfare do do do do do do doooo) WATER. Hooray!« Continue »
