Hey ho. I know I haven’t blogged for a few days tsk tsk! We (as in raw weegie massive) had the gorge Elwin Robinson up in Glasgow last weekend giving a talk and consultations on how to boost your energy. So he kept me busy for a few days – not in that way obviously!

The lovely and gorgeous and I’m secretly in love with her Gail Evans of Awaken to Health organised the event and made sure we had lots of yummy food with the help of equally sexy Cheryl and Pete.
