Ok random title for a blog I know.  All will be revealed shortly.  First of all let me tell you I am having THE BEST EVERYTHING EVER today.  I asked my brain last night to wake me up nice and refreshed at 7am this morning, have you ever done that?  It totally works.  Your brain has it’s own wee clock and does exactly what you say!  Ok that’s a lie cos it did wake me up at 6.45am but hey, I was feeling awesomely refreshed despite only a few hours sleep so I’m still uber chuffed.
