7 day juiciness comes to an end

Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!  I am on actual fire right now!  I mean, I feel TOTALLY AMAZING!  Just danced round the living room for the last hour, mostly on my rebounder but man, seriously, I feel GOOOOOOOOD!  Today is the last day of my juice feast and I can honestly say I haven’t felt this alive since I first went raw all those moons ago.  I have so much energy right now and man, you should see what I wrote in my diary « Continue »

Ok random title for a blog I know.  All will be revealed shortly.  First of all let me tell you I am having THE BEST EVERYTHING EVER today.  I asked my brain last night to wake me up nice and refreshed at 7am this morning, have you ever done that?  It totally works.  Your brain has it’s own wee clock and does exactly what you say!  Ok that’s a lie cos it did wake me up at 6.45am but hey, I was feeling awesomely refreshed despite only a few hours sleep so I’m still uber chuffed.

I’M JUICY, JUICY JUICY JUICY

I am bloody awesome.  TODAY is DAY 1 of my juicy juicy mad pure mental JUICE FEAST.  This one is particularly good because it’s not just me but a whole barrage of gorgeous juicers taking part from anything from 1 to 7 days!  How awesome is that?  If you wanna join in here is the facebook group where all juicy exploits will be revealed 🙂  It’s really nice to have other people doing it with you not just for motivational purposes but cos you can steal their recipes 🙂

5 things i learned from my juice feast

Hey everyone! It’s been a few days hasn’t it?  I didn’t quite get the chance to blog during my mini juice feast, mostly because I was so busy putting my mum through her paces! 🙂  We did so much on top of just drinking juice for a few days including cycling, going to the gym, rebounding, meditating, yoga and massage!  Amazing!  We ended the juice feast on Sunday which was my fifth day juicing.  I think I could’ve gone on a bit longer but for whatever reason I didn’t choose to.  It was definitely a worthwhile experience and here are my top 5 learning points over the 5 days…

WOOOOOO today is DAY ONE of my 5 day juice feast!  I haven’t been juicing very much of late, well, not since my last juice feast in the depths of winter – not always the best move 🙂  I’m so in need of a detox just now following a recent spell of over-indulging in the drinking of wine and generally not taking care of myself as much as I choose to.
