I’ll tell you another reason why I’m moving to Iceland!  Maybe not today (ok I’m here today)…maybe not tomorrow (will definitely be here tomorrow)…but soon and for the rest of my life!  I WILL MOVE TO ICELAND.  Will.  Where was I?  Yes.  Another reason why I am moving to Iceland is that it’s actually ridiculously easy to eat local here.

Eating local hasn’t become such an issue until recently really has it?  Or perhaps it has for everyone but me?  I’m really conscious now about where things come from, not just from a planetary perspective but from a health perspective too.  If something is picked and shipped (not on a ship but you know, moved) and packaged and processed then flown trillions of miles before being carted (not in a cart but you know, moved) before being driven to a supermarket and put on a shelf for a few days, chances are its healthy spark has kinda fizzled out.
