Following on from my earlier post about being stuck in a raw rut I thought I’d type up a lil’ post on what to do if you’re feeling stuck or bored with your raw food diet.
It’s not unusual (haha I can never say that without thinking of Tom Jones) to get a bit bored with what you’re eating every once in a while. Especially if you find yourself in a routine of making the same-old, same-old.
When you find yourself in this situation it can make you more likely to give in to temptation and make less than healthy choices, just for the sake of something a bit different or dare I say, naughty? It’s all too easy to get stuck in the same eating patterns and feel a bit unenthused!
