Raw Pets?

By Emma Jun 7 0

Just when you think you’ve heard it all eh?  The reality is that apart from humans, the only other species that eat cooked food are domesticated animals.  And the only other species that require massive vets bills for chronic and degenerative disease are…domesticated animals!  Yes, not content with feeding ourselves all kinds of crap we inflict it on our beloved pets too.  Do you know what nasties lie in your dog or cat’s typical pet food?

There is a growing body of evidence that modern, processed pet food is actually bad for our pets whereas if they eat the diet that nature intended for them – raw, fresh meat, bones and vegetables – they are both healthier and happier.

Most people are ignorant of what goes in to commercially prepared dog and cat food but the truth is your pet will suffer if you feed it most of the run of the mill pet food available at the supermarket.  Dogs and cats fed on this type of food will tend to suffer from a higher incidence of degenerative type diseases.  Sad but true!  If you’d like to read some of the nasty stuff check this article here

But there is an alternative!  Not only is there an array of healthier varieties of pet food to be found but yes, you can feed your lovely little pet RAW FOOD.  Just as plenty of raw, fresh food is great for our bodies, your little gem will flourish and thrive on the food he or she was intended to eat!  Check out this lovely pet food manufacturer’s ingredients (they deliver to UK too).

The great news is that raw pet food doesn’t have to be faffy, check out this range, it’s all frozen so can stay in the freezer until you’re ready to go…

This site has loads of information if you’re keen to find out more about why you should feed your animal a raw food (real food) diet.

Below is a handy guide to transitioning your dog to a raw food diet.  Do the research, check it out for yourself!

WOOF!
