purple dulse purple dulse

By Emma Apr 27 0

I’ve been skiving from my blog – the shame!  I’ve been so, er, busy! Yes that’s it, busy!  I’ve been making tonnes of food and taking pics of it for my raw food classes in June and putting together the recipes that I’ve kinda neglected my poor wee blog.

Anyways I’m back but this is just a tiny blog to ease me back in 🙂

Today Matthew I enjoyed a wonderful wild green juice with lemon, ginger, cucumber, celery, sorrel, dandelion and nettle – I GOT STUNG!  Bloody nettles.  Actually I’ll fess up, I accidentally put a whole lemon in cos I forgot I’d already put a half in when I chucked in the other half so it was actually a bit too zingtastic for me but hey, it was drinkable.

haggis wasn't fussed

I also made a yumbo brazil nut mylk which I blended with honey, maca and cacao.  Seriously good combination and full of selenium which I’ve been lacking lately.  Brazil nuts are selenium-crazy man!

For dinner I spent 15 mins trying to find a bag of dulse I knew I had then made Kate Magic’s Alxxx is an Angel for tea.  I shan’t divulge the full recipe cos you should really buy Raw Magic as it’s insanely good but it was broccoli, dulse and purple corn with some other mmmmm ingredients.

DULSE mmmm

No exercise today as I cycled 30 miles yesterday on my new mountain bike which weighs forty seven tonnes.  Hoping to get out tomorrow on a bit of mountain woo woo!

I might make a cake tonight.  I’ve been threatening to do it since Saturday…

Tomorrow is going to be the best postal day EVER as I’m expecting my viva pure order!  Viva is a new website that’s started selling AMAZING raw snacks and savouries.  Cannae wait.  I’ll blog my wonderous snacks tomorrow hopefully…she says 🙂

I have been mega busy tonight and feeling the fear but doing it anyway in relation to an idea I’ve had.  Not spilling the beans just yet but it’s so exciting and totally in line with my purpose on this planet…or so I believe 🙂
