Lovely people! Here are some random creations over the last few of days.
Purple power pudding: 3/4 cup melted cacao butter blended with 1/2 punnet blueberries, 1 tsp xylitol, 1 tbsp cacao, pinch nutmeg, ginger and mixed spice, 1 tsp hemp protein powder, 1 cup water, 5 drops orange essential oil, 2 tbsp raisins. Leave in fridge to set.
Chocolate pancakes! These aren’t my recipe but a lovely recipe invented by Miss Best. Check out her blog – her food is chuffing awesome… Here is a link to the pancake recipe which I topped with chocolate sauce (melted coconut butter, coconut palm nectar and choc powder) and raspberries
Strawberry chia choc smoothie: 3tbsp chia seeds (soaked 2 hours) blend with 2 cups water, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 cup strawbs, pinch vanilla powder, 1 tbsp xylitol. glooptastic
Red pepper & herby noodles: 1 courgette spiralised (put a link to the spiraliser i use over there somewhere ———>), dressing: 1 red pepper, juice of lime, garlic, salt, mixed dried herbs, 2 tbsp olive oil. Leave the sauce to marinade together overnight for best results or use straight away. Mix with noodles for woop noodles.
