Labels are for envelopes and tins of beans and other things that have labels that I can’t think of right now…
The minute we define ourselves by what we do or don’t eat, we’ve missed the entire point!
We’ve cut ourselves off, defined ourselves, put ourselves and others in a box.
Boxes are for envelopes and tins of beans and other things that need boxes.
YOU are a human being!
You eat raw food.
Sometimes you don’t eat raw food.
Nobody really cares.
Because it doesn’t really matter.
There’s no need to define what the hell you’re doing anyway.
There’s no need to understand, cling to, explain, struggle, label, condemn, reproach…
The minute we let go of all of this, it all becomes beautifully simple.
You will enjoy it much more.
Your mind will make you think this is difficult.
It really isn’t.
You just eat raw food.
Or you don’t.
That’s all there is to it.
