I’ve not made this recipe in donkeys. When I first ‘went raw’ I practically LIVED off this for weeks on end morning, noon and night! It’s so easy to make, so tasty and guilt free! Not that I ever feel guilty about eating anything but I know some people do. So for them, this is just perfect.
It’s loaded with vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, superfoods and has sex written all over it! Not like your typical choc pud that’s loaded with sugar and shite!
It’s so good you’ll want to lick the food processor clean with your tongue (what else would you lick it with?) but if you’re going to lick the blade (which you shouldn’t of course and I’m not encouraging you to) then don’t for god’s sake do it in front of your mum cos she’ll have a major fit!
Sexy Sexy Chocolate Pudding of Sexiness
1 ripe avocado – must be ripe or forget it
1 ripe banana – as above
1/2 tsp vanilla powder (or use extract)
1 tbsp coconut nectar (or use honey or agave or date paste)
1-2 tbsp choc powder (I use 1 but you might prefer more chocolatey or sub with carob)
1-2 tbsp water to help mix if required
Add all ingredients to the food processor with your S blade and blend until a thick pudding consistency. Pour in to a bowl.
1 tbsp bee pollen
