glo stix for my rebounder

By Emma Mar 8 2

I LOVE my rebounder!  It honestly is the best invention ever.  There aren’t that many exercises I can honestly say I enjoy but rebounding is ace.  Mainly because you blast some tunes and just dance like an idiot.  It’s totally free-style heaven!  It’s so good for getting your lymph moving.  We’ve got 4 times more lymph than blood (or is it 3? i forget – google it, hang on I will…yes 4) and rebounding is a great way to get that moving.  It also tones your internal organs (apparently I’m not an expert) and gets things er, moving in the colon too – who needs colonics? 🙂

ANYWAY enough about that.  I’ve decided (after watching this last night) to get more intense with my exercising.  I know it’s unlikely to make me grow longer legs but WOW what a bloody amazing body that woman has!  I think the last few years I’ve been so focused on healthy eating and now I have that down to an almost fine art I really need to step up my game with the exercising front.  Raw/healthy eating really only is one part of the pie.  If I want to feel amazing I need to combine it with regular movement. Sooooo I bought the following off Amazon last night:

A bollywood dance dvd – I’ve been wanting to do this for donkeys!  There are classes in Glasgow but I figure I’ll try this out first.

A kickboxing dvd – no idea where that idea came from but what the hell I’ll try anything once.

A 10 minute toning dvd – I use time as an excuse A LOT.  Now I’m dragging my arse off facebook I can do this dvd right?

Dance your body thin – dancing is definitely the exercise for me

Dylan Moran standup – this isn’t for exercising my body but I think this man is hilarious and laughter is a form of medicine so that’s that

So yeah, exercising. Amazing. This is my fave rebound track of the day – this might become a regular occurence and I’m still tempted to upload a vid of me on the rebounder, Rod has concerns ha ha!
