What a bloody amazing day! Had such an intense drive to work this morning. I had my litre of chia milk for breakfast – blended with cacao, reishi, maca, coconut butter and a bit of xylitol to sweeten, very nice. Rod is my new chia soaker, he’s very good at it. I keep phoning him up from work asking him to soak my chia. Sounds a bit bizarre when I type it. Moving on…
Anyway, was driving to work and started to feel just absolutely AWESOME! I started getting mega tingles all over and tears began to well in my eyes and does anyone get that kind of weird stinging sensation in their nose when something is just so intense? Hmm, maybe that’s just me…well that happened too! I became totally present and felt like every cell in my body was dancing and vibrating in time with the music I was listening to…which was this:
I’m always reminded of just how possible it is to sustain a natural high. The euphoric feelings available when you focus on positive energy, thoughts, intentions and nourishment are unreal. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not floating about on a cloud all the time but sometimes I find myself zooming from cloud 9 to cloud 9 million and I BLOODY LOVE IT!
Stopped by Grassroots on my way home from work and got a mega amazing raw strawb and choc cake! Two words: AH MAZING.
Seriously, everyone should have some of this cake. Sarah is a cake genius. I might make her a badge. Sarah is obviously the lovely lady I blogged about yesterday with the Elvis & Lily chocs. The website is up now – check it out
I think if it weren’t for Grassroots for yummy raw food in Glasgow I’d probably cry. Someone open a god damn raw restaurant in Glasgow would you? 🙂
Anyway what else? Rod threw a strop when I got in cos the TV went on the blink and it’s the world cup and I bought him a super big bag of Hula Hoops and beer to enjoy it. He’s currently watching it on the internet. Which is good actually cos it means I don’t have to listen 🙂 Maybe I manifested the TV to break? He said it was working fine till I got in… 🙂
I bought some amazing tomatoes from Grassroots – check these babies out
Sliced these bad boys up to enjoy on a nori wrap. My fave nori filling at the moment is avo, tom, alfalfa and DULSE. I have two a day. Each of these toms tasted different, so wonderful and kinda like tomatoes used to taste when I was a little girl! My Great Uncle used to grow them and they tasted and smelled gorgeous…
Anyway I took this crap pic (need to get a proper camera) of my nori wrap but immediately after this pic was taken I at least trebled this amount and rolled it up in to SUPER NORI! I’m not satisfied until I need both hands to hold the damn thing so I can shovel it in… Delightful
Booked a holiday too woo! Off to Croatia at the end of July for a week with my two homegirls! So exciting, never been to Croatia before.
Loads of stuff to do for business type stuff tonight, it’s lucky I enjoy it so much – creating that is. I keep getting more and more bloody ideas. I’m like an idea factory. Need to tell my brain to gie me a break for a while! What is super fab is that the universe seems to be literally throwing people in to my path that can help me set up the business! I’m actually starting to think I have magic powers or something ha ha! That would be fab. Ok I’m boring myself now so I’m off.
In joy x
If you need a map for your business to help people find you… you know who to ask, right? xx
