This is quite honestly the best bleedin’ breakkie I’ve EVER had. So simple, delicious, nutritious, sexy, delicious, amazing AND d.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s! I was going to make a juice what with my juicingfest this week and having more cucumbers than you can shake a err, cucumber at, but then thought sod it, I want this perfect pear pudding instead. Sometimes your body knows what it wants. It’s more intelligent than I’ll ever be 🙂
Perfect Pear Pudding
2 pears, chopped
1 small avocado, peeled and chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp xylitol (optional)
Put all ingredients in the food processor with the S blade and process until a thick puddingy consistency. Pour in to a bowl and top with blueberries and goji berries and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
