Woo hoo! My new bollywood dance dvd came today. Can’t wait to try it out. This will be me soon 🙂 Such a cool vid
Also got Left in the Dark in the post today, Rod bought it for my birthday. It’s all about how our left-brain dominance has cost us our sanity. I need some more books to keep me off facebook 🙂 Just sold loads on amazon, loads I hadn’t even got round to reading yet but just didn’t have the vibe for anymore.
Did some rebounding this morning. Wasn’t really in the mood for it to be honest until a few songs in. Once those endolphins start kicking in you’re sorted. They kicked in just in time for this which is my rebound song of the day…god feel like Harry Hill now. Emma’s Rebound Song of the Day 🙂
Made a delicious breakkie that was coconut INSANE! Got some dr martin’s coconut milk and poured half the carton in the blender with 1/2 punnet blueberries, 2 bananas and 2 handfuls of raw coconut chips. Oh my orgasm. Amazing! Like a thick gloopy coconut porride mmmm.
Ha ha just realised the front of the Dr Martin’s carton says ‘for cooking’ brilliant. Oh the irony. You can drink it raw don’t worry. I love it! Only ever had the juice before but the milk is way better. I think I’ll order some more this week.
lunch was a big pudding which i’m going to call geoff
1 mango, 1 papaya, handful grapes, 1 banana, 1/2 punnet blueberries, 1 handful coconut chips, 2 dates
Went for a wee walk at lunchtime and found LAMBS. The farmer had to keep these ones secluded cos they are quite vulnerable to foxes and buzzards just now. Poor little babies! I’m so happy to be vegetarian when i see these.
In the afternoon I found this in the fridge, forgot I’d marinaded it last night to have as a snack but wasn’t hungry. It was quite yummy although maybe a bit too much lemon juice. I adapted it from this lovely lady’s recipe so it was half a head of broccoli, 1 tablepsoon nutritional yeast, juice of one lemon (too lemony for me), 2 teaspoons organic curry paste. Swish it about leave it in the fridge for an hour or so – done!.
It’s been a bit of a broccoli week and I’m seriously craving chiccoli which is broccoli covered in chilli chocolate. Sounds mental I know but chocolate is actually really good as a savoury as opposed to sweet food. I can make my own chocolate but I melted down a Lucky Me bar and added some chilli and himalayan salt. You pour it on the broccoli and leave it to set in the fridge. Easy peasy and tasty.
Off to try out my bollywood dvd wooo!
