If you could flip a switch right now…
This very moment.
And ‘be raw‘…
Whatever that looks like for you…
Would you really want to do that?
No more cravings for cooked food madness…
No more saying fuck it before you launch yourself in to a bag of popcorn…
No more feeling shit after over indulging…
Just pure raw food goodness day in, day out…
Then ask yourself this:
Where would be the fun in that?
The feeling shit IS THE FUN.
The total lack of a fucking clue about what you’re doing IS THE FUN.
The not knowing what the fuck to eat or how to make raw food IS THE FUN.
The endless debates about whether you should juice the cucumber, smoothie it or mono-meal it IS THE FUN.
The fucking it all up IS THE FUN.
This is the journey.
The journey is the fun.
That’s what it’s all about, baby!
Don’t wish for it to be quick, wish for the lessons, the challenges and overcoming them (and you will overcome them).
The best bit is what you learn along the way.
Raw food teaches you things you might not even expect.
Don’t want it to be perfect straight away.
Want it to be wonky, because that’s how we learn, by making mistakes… Lots and lots of mistakes.
There is nothing more exciting than getting one or two raw battle scars along the way: things you can share with others about the ups and downs and what you learned.
This stuff is golden.
And usually hilarious.
