have got too much arsey stuff to do tonight so keeping it short. note to self: spend more time talking about interesting raw related stuff on blog. i do have lots to say really, I just need to remember what it is and not get carried away with bloody facebook all the time.
had a fabby day. went up north with work. had a lovely GREEEN juice this morning – new fave recipe and morning habit which is good. always good to have a healthy habit as nuns say. i don’t think they do say that actually i just made that up
2 cucumbers, head celery, burdock root and lemon followed by some berries for break. Took 2 blood oranges and a grapefruit to the office with me. My boss said I’m looking remarkably healthy which was nice. Then he said it was sickening which was, er, nice i guess 🙂 Burdock root is giving me some serious GLOW though. You can get it at the chinese supermarket it’s called GOBO. I won’t lie, it’s total ming on it’s own, you’ve got to mix it with something else 🙂
Came home via the well for my spring water and made Rod a raw dinner. We had cauliflower and spinach curry with parsnip rice and a wholemeal pitta using a recipe I’m planning on doing at my class so won’t give full recipe away just yet.
For pudding Matthew I made choc LOVE bomb pudding. I bloody love this pudding so much I just want to eat it till I’m a million years old! Have had it every day for the last 5 days and keep wanting more. Must be chocolate deficient 🙂
1 avo, 1 big teaspoon honey, 2 teaspoon cacao, 1/2 teaspoon suma, 1/2 teaspoon mesquite, 1/2 cup water. blend and top with strawbs and maca crispies from Viva Pure.
OH GOD why do I love to eat choc pudding? maybe i should’ve been a choc pudding eater for a living. i could’ve made a fortune…
No exercise today as this is my day off. I made a new schedule for exercising and today is officially arse on settee day. And so is tomorrow. But I might do some rebounding if I’m feeling saucy.
So here is just a tune that isn’t for exercising but for remembering how amazing it is to be alive
