Woo! Just made an orgasmatronic dinner. It’s called zingy stardust! I decided against maiden names for my recipes as it was getting far too confusing and upsetting for everyone involved 🙂 sooo here it is: chop some broccoli florets and massage with squeeze lemon juice, salt and olive oil (this softens the broccoli and wilts it a little). Set aside for 5 minutes. In a mixing bowl mix juice of 1 lemon, juice of 2 limes, 1 tbsp raw honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin and 1 tbsp chopped mint. MIXIMETAMORPHOSIS (that means mix it well) and you have your zingy stardust dressing. Now chop 1 big courgette and half an avo in to cubes and mix in with the broccoli bites, add the zingy dressing and hey prestwick an orgasm in a bowl. You can use any veg you like but broccoli is a must! 🙂
Earlier I made a Kate Magic Thai Soup from Eat Smart Eat Raw. It was thaitastic with lots of authentic ingredients. 3 tomatoes, 1/2 lemongrass, 3 bay leaves, knob ginger, knob galangal, handful of spinach, 1/2 apple, 2 dates, 1 tbsp tamari, 1 garlic, 1 handful coconut – i also added a cup of coconut milk. I think that was about it. Yummy.
No exercise AGAIN today! Think my mind is rebelling against this 10k and punishing my body in the process. I WILL go for a run tomorrow! Just a short blog for today. Seem to be talking a lot of mince today and currently trying to convince the husband we should go to the cinema. Either that or I’ll watch Poirot on itv player. Yes, I’m that sad. I bloody love Poirot. And Columbo. Moving on…
Not sure where this came from, just remembered my dad used to make me memorise his top 10 favourite bands. Stranglers was one of them. Laterz
