This is what happens when you actually take some time to create something beautiful to eat.
This particularly sexy number is Raw Sushi AMAZINGNESS made by a terrific raw food unchef 🙂
I’ve asked him to share how he made this beautiful work of art.
For the rice use Cauliflower and Parsnip – process 1 cauliflower and 1 parsnip in the food processor until well broken down (not like depressed). Add salt to taste, 4 Tbsp of Apple cider vinegar (with mother), and about 4 Tbsp of RAW Honey (until it starts to stick a bit, in clumps)
Use Un-toasted Nori and a rolling mat. Lots of patience and a sharp knife helps. It doesn’t cut as cleanly as “real” sushi.
Edible flowers, cucumber, carrot, red pepper, avocado, sprouts (alpha alpha, purple things (sango radish sprouts), cress), celery.
Throw on the plate – make different cuts and slices to the veg to make it interesting. Invest in a mandolin slicer, a grater and shredder… makes it fun and interesting!
The final most important ingredient….. LOVE
