I’m feeling pretty damn sensational today. I’m putting it down to the incredible amount of awesome raw foods I’ve been ingestifying. Mainly an uppage of the SUPERfoods (they ain’t called super for nothing you know), juicing plenty of WILD foods (juiced enough dandelions yesterday I’m surprised I didn’t wake up this morning all green and jaggy and speaking french), LOTS of fresh air and mega doses of SUNSHINE! Just as well I haven’t exercised this week or I certainly would’ve transcended in to another dimensional realm!
It’s times like this I feel exceptionally blessed to have found this crazy little path of mine. If I didn’t eat the way I do, I’m almost 4000% convinced I’d be feeling just pretty average right now. You are what you eat, never a truer phrase uttered! If what you eat doesn’t make you feel like a vibrant sexy being then it’s time to start asking some questions! I truly love what I eat and I know my food loves me back (if it didn’t that would be unrequited love which is soooo uncool), it nourishes me and supports me to live a stupendous life. Without a properly nourished body I’d have nowhere to live!
I know what it’s like to feel like utter shite after eating something less than healthy and I still make those choices from time to time for whatever reason. I’m so thankful that I’ve experienced the other side, what it feels like to be feeling the joy of being ALIVE from eating FRESH and LIVE foods and to be able to access that feeling whenever I reach in to the fridge! What a blessing! True abundance.
It’s more than possible to feel amazing just from what you put in your body. It’s the real deal baby! Feed yourself the very best you can – you’re sooooo worth it and I promise you won’t regret it…
Food what I ate today:
2 pears blended with avo, tsp purple corn, cinnamon, blueberries, xylitol and topped with black mulberries, goji berries, bee pollen and more blueberries. THIS WAS SEXUAL
Dinner was Kelp noodles (soaked in water with citrus juice for 2 hours), spiralised courgette, olives, capers, ALFALFA sprouts, China Rose sprouts bathed in Seggiano raw basil pesto. Orgasm in a jar that stuff!
Dessert: nice wedge o’ DEDICAKESHUN fae Raw Living. I’m very dedicaketed.
