I’m not known for my posting of the recipes thing. Truth be told when it comes to raw food I’m all about the mushy, gooey, smoothie slurping, pudding eating type thing. If it fits in a blender, and even if it doesn’t, it’s got my name on it.
Anyway, I’ve just made possibly the best choc mango pudding of my entire life. In fact, all my lives put together. Ergo I’m posting the recipe. Are you as excited as me?

So I’m calling this recipe ‘Ninja Unicorn Pudding‘, ’cause that about sums it up and who says you don’t get Ninja Unicorns?
What goes in
1 ripe juicy mango
1 tbsp hemp seeds (shelled)
1 tsp coconut butter
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp lucuma powder
1/2 tbsp lecithin
1 tbsp chia seeds
BLEND and devour then run around the kitchen pretending to be an actual ninja unicorn called Dave whilst listening to this.
