So I know what you’re thinking, but don’t worry, I’m not about to get all religious on your ass.
Firstly, because that sounds totally wrong, and secondly, because I’m not.
I’m not talking about either of those things.
I’m talking about the trust side of faith.
That solid belief and confidence in the inherent truth of this raw food lifestyle.
You see, there will be times when you question what you’re doing.
There will be times when others question what you’re doing.
There will be times when you’re not doing what you think you should.
There will be times when it all seems too much bloody hassle to be bothered with.
There may even be times when you cry because you ate some chips...
Oh yes, you will be tested.
But when those times come, you’ve just gotta have faith!
FAITH that no matter how far you stray from your raw food path, your body WILL pull you back..
FAITH that the switch will happen.
FAITH that you will start to crave the raw over the cooked.
FAITH that you will make a total arse of it from time to time.
FAITH that the things that don’t serve you WILL fall away. Will dissolve.
FAITH that this journey will change your life in ways you never dreamed of.
FAITH that you are worth it.
FAITH that no matter how confused, demotivated, uninspired, unprepared, unenthusiastic and just completely fucked off you feel about it all, you are not alone.
FAITH that I am here, to hold your hand and rock this with you.
That concludes today’s sermon. Reminds me of this, fucking hilarious.
