This final part of the series is a collection of the information obtained from the survey which asked parentals how they get their kids to eat healthy. The thing is, there was just so much information I literally couldn’t fit it all in one blog post. So, I’ve just stuck the whole darn adventure in a cute pdf for you to download. Check me out with more technical wizardry. Click the link below for ze download, baby!« Continue »

Following on from yesterday’s awesome guest blog post by Kelli Bailey, here is part 2 of the 3 part series. Kids are little people, they are not dogs to be trained! « Continue »
Sometimes I like to be helpful. Sometimes I think I should be, you know, a bit informative.
So, with that in mind, I asked for feedback from some lovely parentals about how they get their kids in to healthy eating. I even made a survey! I know, my technical wizardry knows no bounds. Throw me a parade.
The thing is, I want to help parents who are really struggling with getting their kids to eat healthily, by passing on infoid from those in the know. The parents getting the results.
I’ve put together this three part series about getting your kids in to healthy eating, so that if you already have kids or want to make some babies (not with me, I’m busy) or you are indeed just a big child, then you know what to do to help get them/you to eat a bit better. « Continue »

Mind I wrote a few weeks ago about my new found single life and what impact the raw food diet has on your relationship? Well, the lovely and gorgeous Lisa Simpson of Raw Liberty has very kindly agreed to guest blog with her own experience of how raw food affected her relationship…
Does raw food make you single? Let me share some of what has been going on for me. I started eating raw food in 2006, my intention was to gain more energy, improve my health, feel and look better, and lift those ever increasing ‘dark’ days – you know the ones, when you wake up feeling totally shite, and wishing you didn’t have to face the day?« Continue »
Warning: You are about to read one of the most important things you have to remember on a raw food lifestyle!
So, you’re staring at the fridge, the cupboard, the drawers. You’ve been staring at them for the past twenty minutes, in the vain hope that if you stare a little harder or move the same things around, that something magical and delicious to eat will miraculously appear in front of your very eyes.
But no. Your cupboards make Old Mother Hubbard look like a giant outlet of Asda.« Continue »
Who doesn’t love raw chocolate? Answer: only mentalists and 80/10/10’ers. Ha ha! Nothing like being a bit controversial on a Monday morning is there? I jest of course, I love 80/10/10ers as much as the next man.
If you don’t know what 80/10/10’ers are, I can tell you that they are pygmy people from a small island in Australasia. They worship the Banana God, smother themselves in date paste before performing voodoo ceremonies on David Wolfe dolls and saying ‘move to the tropics’ every fourth sentence.

First of all, aren’t these gorgeous?« Continue »
