Have you done yoga?
I’ve just started really getting in to it after being a yoga dabbler for a few years. This dabbler thang basically means I’ve been to a few classes (including a very strange hot yoga class with a funny little man in his living room with some heaters he’d put on) and bought lots of dvds which I’ve done for a few days then promptly forgotten about.
Since working at the retreat here in Portugal however, I’ve been fortunate enough to have very intimate classes (not in that way, pervert!) with an amazing yoga teacher Micha. I love you Micha. Not in that way! *Awkward
Over the last five weeks my downward dog has improved from being a dog you’d take to the vet to have put down to something slightly resembling an actual dog. In a good way, in case that isn’t clear.

Anyway, unless you work with animals or candlesticks the chances are you work in some way or another with PEOPLE and we all know that when PEOPLE are involved then generally PEOPLE’S (that word is starting to look weird now) thoughts, opinions, experiences, bullshit and curiosity tend to get thrown in to the mix.« Continue »
